Jo Ann’s Gems: Unsolicited Advice #12

If you’re going to criticize someone, make sure it’s constructive.

Life can be hard.  We’re all just trying to make it.  If someone asks for help, they really what to know what you think.  Don’t be flippant or vague.  Don’t put someone down, without offering them a way to climb back up.  It all goes back to the Golden Rule:  Treat others the way you want to be treated.

Yes indeed! It’s called the golden rule for a reason. It’s one of the most important rules of life. If more people practiced it every day, our world would be a very different place.
